The company believes that physical performance is one of the key ways in which children and young people can gain an understanding of themselves and of others, can give confidence to them as decision-makers and problem-solvers, can encourage them to work collaboratively, and allows them to explore- within a supportive framework- not only a range of human feeling, but also a whole spectrum of approaches and techniques.
Types of workshops offered:
- General workshops in performance skills/ physical theatre. Introductory through to advanced level Exploring the devising process, or working with new writing
- Practical workshops on drama practitioners. Brecht, Lecoq, Stanislavski and Artaud.
All workshops are tailor made to meet the students’ requirements. Introductory workshops through to practical performance making skills using the practitioner’s techniques.
