The Artist Lab is a unique opportunity for Highly Sprung's company associates, to develop their own artistic processes to better understand approaches and techniques for making physical theatre.
Artist Lab provides a series of workshop opportunities with some of the country’s leading practitioners in physical theatre, arts and education practice and immersive theatre, giving time and space to support exploration of our approach to physical performance and improving the understanding and application of Highly Sprung’s unique style.
It offers creative research and development space for practitioners and performers who work with Highly Sprung and inspires the creation of a new performances for the company's future programme of work.

Artist Lab promotes investigation and new creative directions, it enhances skills and the quality and innovation of Highly Sprung's artistic programme.
